The Community and Regional Affairs Committee considered                        
SENATE BILL NO. 164 "An Act relating to municipal                              
incorporation, reclassification, and dissolution" and recommended it           
be replaced with                                                               
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 164(CRA), entitled:                                    
"An Act relating to municipal incorporation,                                  
reclassification, and dissolution, and municipal                               
school districts."
